DID DOW MAKE ITS LOW?

Dow make a low on 6 mar, just on the day of venus R.and weekly cycle low. First to look for a 16x0.236=4 weeks rebound, is it too demanding? or more greedy saying 16x5=80x0.236=18.88 weeks
